The old Windows flag logo has been replaced with a new one without the square tails.

This "Please wait..." screen makes it's first appearance. It's still the same as the boot screen.

The OOBE also has the new Windows flag logo on the top left. This time I was able to screenshot this internet connection test screen.

The quick launch bar is back and the taskbar is unlocked. Seems they we're struggling to make up their mind.

Scroll bars now look like they should in the final version. This is also in the last build, but I didn't notice that.

The Explorer now looks like it should in the final version other than some older icons.

Programs like Movie Maker, Media Player, and MSN Explorer are given minor upgrades.
Microsoft also removed the CD Player program. You could bring it back by copying it straight from Windows 2000, but that's just one extra thing to worry about.
