Normally I don't review builds that have a higher build number yet look exactly the same as the last build, or builds with just bug fixes, but I did see two things that are actually different and interesting.
When the OOBE starts, for some reason, Merlin fails to show up. It's kind of creepy loosing someone you find annoying yet still feel the need to have.
The "Whistler" theme has been renamed to "Luna". There are still no "Silver" or "Olive green" themes present.
