There's now a full brand new bootscreen. It's a black background with lines of dots flashing across.

The desktop looks the same, no change here.

Although the Quick Launch toolbar is back for some reason.

The start menu has been given another visual upgrade. Although it doesn't show the username.

The Movie Maker from Windows ME has been added, although it isn't present in the start menu. You have to open it via C:\Program Files\Movie Maker.

A new desktop background is added.

It may not seem like it from the screenshots, but underneath the hood, this build is a buggy mess. This is similar to how Longhorn turned out before the reset.

The first glimpse of OOBE has been implemented. This was actually first introduced in Windows 98, although you had to type in a run command to get it.

The Speech program in control panel still doesn't work. And it gives you an error when trying to make MS Sam talk.

System Restore from Windows ME is also added. However, since it was designed for a Win9x based operating system...
