The first post-reset build shown to the general public at WinHEC 2005 (and also first one to be leaked).
There is a new wallpaper which looks nice I guess
This build has a DWM that can be activated with this command (hounsell65.iso with vmware 7.1.4 recommended):
rundll32.exe %systemroot%\system32\udwm.dll,DwmClientStartup
This build has a new "Aero" theme. (The only color scheme is "Default" like the previous builds so far.)
This build contains the Windows XP welcome screen, although it isn't enabled by default.
Note that you cannot switch users, even if the option is enabled. (as far as I know)
