Well as you can see the "All Programs" sizing issue was fixed in this build. I call Build 3683 the sizing mistake. The two words under "Internet" & "E-mail" are finally readable. The default desktop wallpaper has been changed to say "Longhorn M4"...nothing special. I liked the old one better tbh. Still called "Bliss" because its not THAT much into development yet. We're not at the reset point yet.

Later on in Build 4033...the hide/unhide button is messed up.

I can see they removed the nice Display Properties :(. Otherwise...the top has been changed to where its green which is nice. Also still the same themes Plex & Windows Classic. They readded Windows XP for some reason.

This is worse than in Build 3683...revert back Microsoft. Look! You can even see that they didn't take the time to put the Windows XP logo in correctly on the top right corner.

Never looked at the Control Panel in Build 3683...apologies. Probably looks like this ugly piece of shit anyways. Just heard that Classic View was removed in that Build.

Well that's it for this review! Please make sure to keep checking for more reviews! Oh, one more thing...this Build has a little typo on the header where the copyright is. "1985-2006". The main window says 1985-2003 though. Build 4033 fixes it. Microsoft loves creating bad typos like this...#microsoftseesthefuture heh.
