This is Windows 3.02! This build was made exclusively with the IBM PS/55 in mind, and it requires a special version of IBM DOS 4.05. It's only in Japanese, and will only work on a Japanese version of DOS.

As long as you're familiar with using Windows 3.0, the language barrier is easy to work around.
Here's the boot screen! Pretty interesting if you ask me!
It's mostly the same as previous builds, only the copyright date on all programs has been updated to say "1991", and of course, everything's in Japanese!
Some of the Control Panel items have different icons.
